Dock in the middle of dual display?

I can't figure this out...
I tried fidgeting with the display configuration and dock preferences but no success.

Is it possible to have a dual screen set up (mbp + external monitor) and have the dock in between the monitors instead of the left or the right?

Let me try to explain more in depth...

MBP on the left.
External monitor on the right.

I can put the dock on the left of the MBP

I can put the dock on the right of the external monitor

I can put the dock below either MBP or external monitor

Now... how can i get the dock on the left side of the external monitor?
