Dock keeps disappearing

Dock disappears after Parallels opens.
I have a windows 32 bit parallels v6.0.
It takes a while though. Like once all windows loads up, it suddenly disappears.

Thanks, at least I know it is not my computer. Well, since it wasnt a legit copy, at least I can get used to using spotlight while im on windows mode
