Dock missing Download and Documents folders?

On my mom's iMac the Download and Documents folders are no longer on the Dock. I guess she must have "pulled" them off or deleted them. How do I get them back on the dock?

easy! just go to her home folder and drag them back to the right side of the dock. any folder can be dragged to the dock to make a stack.

you may also want to set the stacks as their default views which is by "Date Added" for Documents and Dowloads and the Downloads stack is viewed as a fan. this can be done by right clicking on them.

You can also add parental controls to prevent her changing the dock if you want.

Double post. Where is the delete Post option (looking under Advanced)?

Thanks and I feel really dumb. There is a PDF in Documents called About Stacks. I was on Screen Sharing with her and could not figure out what and where they were.
