Dock on both displays

Just noticed that if you like to have your dock in the bottom position with Hiding enabled the Dock can appear on either display when you go to reveal it but not simultaneously. I can't remember if this was possible in Monterey or previous macOS versions

It has been like this for quite a while. Since Mavericks actually, so 9 years already.
