Try using ClearDock - follow the instructions to replace your dock's resources, run the 2D script and it should be transparent.

These are the icons from the first screenshot.

Is there a way to assign those icons to my dock, but not the actual application? I don't want to go into my apps folder and see those icons.

Alright...here is where I'm at. How do I remove the alias arrows on my icons? Also, how do I make my stacks look like everything else?

Just one more question...

Is there a way to edit PSD files on mac for free? Would GIMP do this? I need to change the text in the provided PSD file for the icons, but I don't have photoshop. I guess I have to make an icon for everything I have so that it shows up how I want it to....unless there is a way to not show open apps in the dock.

Edit...I forgot to add my picture ><.

Eh. I figured I'll just keep the original icons in the dock. I don't want to have to change everything. But I do need a suggestion. What should I put in the blank black space in the bottom left?
