Dock to 3.5mm cable that fits Bumper case

I am so pissed that none of my cables (Apple cables included) fits my iPhone 4 with Bumper on. Anyone here found one that does?

What upsets me is that the Apple AV cables doesn't work either.

What would make this easy is finding a dock extension cable that fits.

EDIT: On a side note, I know that Sendstation is working one.

it’s the SLIM version. after this is put on, any normal dock cable will connect. I got last month. does the job (but, damn, it’s ugly)
