Docked excel doc opens and forces save as

Hi

I have added a excel doc into the dock and when I click it it opens the correct file and is fully up to date but it opens with a new name. When I then try and save it it thinks it is a new doc and I need to rename it and override the original file. It doesn't just save.

Is there a way to have it just open the original so I can save normally not save as every time I open it?
