Been using my 15" rmbp at home like a desktop with 2 monitors, a keyboard, mouse and speakers connected. Just searching for a way to clean the hookups up. I have a mac mini I would like to share the monitors with as well incase i'm out with my laptop and someone needed to use a computer. I've noticed thunderbolt docks only allow 1 monitor per dock, unless I buy two monitors that can daisy chain off each other. Any suggestions/pictures of setups?

Sounds like you have two different issues, you want a docking station, and the ability to share monitors.
The only docking port solutions (apart from a TB hub) is the Henge docks

To use a single monitor for multiple computers, check out a KVM switch

Yeah I wanted a TB hub for easier connection but it didn't allow me to do multiple monitors and a single cable to the laptop.

I guess I could still use it to connect everything to either Mac mini or laptop and then just move the second monitor cable around
