Docking iChat Windows on the side of the screen.

I always use iChat while using other applications. It's annoying to have to constantly swap windows. When I use Windows, I have a program called Trillian as my IM client. It would dock to the side and all other windows would resize where that trillian would always be showing. Is there any way to do this with the iChat chat windows?
