Any good quality (not overprice) dock for both of my iPhone and iPad?

I saw plenty of them in web but I don't know which one is good.

Don't just assume that your notion of "good" is the same as everyone else's. What specific features are you looking for? Docks out there range quite a bit in features. Budget?
