Hey guys,
I was just wondering if anyone knew of an application like DockTop that is free?? I know that it is only $4 but i dont have a credit card so i cant buy it. It sucks

I'm not poor, it is just in a "Young Savers" account so i cant get anything like that and i havent got around to moving it yet.

I'd find someone with a credit card and and slip them £3 to buy it for you.

I know what you mean. Turning 18 and getting a job so I could get a credit card was great. It gives you the oportunity to buy so much more stuff, especially off the internet.

I don't want a credit card, more a debit card because i couldnt trust myself to look after my money.

You could always email the developer and explain.

You could always do a bank transfer. Even if you have a "young savers" account you should still be able to do it. You would need his account number and international sort code.

Yeah thanks. Ive tried multidock in the past but have found it irritating. Im not sure why.

I did but cut some of them out. IT should have the first of every model ie the Apple // is the seldom one so disregarding the Apple //e etc. I'm not sure if i stuck to it though

I am no website designer but maybe you could try something like this:

There is a Rapidweaver plug-in called Accordion which gives you a fancy pull down menu.

You could each parent product as a main accordian heading and then each of the versions of each product in the expanded window...

Yeah thanks. Ive tried multidock in the past but have found it irritating. Im not sure why.

I tried it out and figured out why...switched docks the first time and it cleared out my existing dock...plus the icon is ugly. Have you tried something like Quicksilver or Butler?

If you just want a launcher then Namely is brilliant. No learning curve, really quick and easy to use.
