Docomo Microsim for Iphone

Hey so I'm leaving for Japan tomorrow and was curious if anybody knows if docomo has started selling the microsim for the iphone... I'd like to pick one up from the airport when i arrive if possible. Also will they care if the phone isnt factory unlocked? just ultrasn0w. Thanks
