Document Recovery - Numbers

Hey guys! how do you recover the unsaved files after the Numbers app crashes? I lost some important document and I so want to get them back :( :( Please suggest me something. I know how it works in Microsoft Word but I am clueless about the recovery files in Numbers so please please help me out.

And also suggest me some nice free games for Mac :D
