Hi guys, I recently applied for the Apple iOS Developer Program Membership and was today sent an email explaining that I had to send a PDF of my 'Government-issued photo ID' in order to confirm my identity. However the link provided (https://developer.apple.com/membercenter/uploadDocs.action) in order to submit this PDF does not appear to work and instead says that the 'page cannot be viewed'. Please could anyone provide any help with this issue?
