Document Your 3G vs. Edge Speeds Here

Given all the noise about 3G speeds, I think it will be useful for as many as possible to document their experiences with 3G vs. Edge speeds. Maybe someone at Apple will take notice. Please post Date/Time, Location, Test Software, Bars and Speed. My recent experience:

Testing Software: iNetwork Test
Date/time: August 6th 3:30 pm
Location: NY NY (46th Street and Avenue of the Americas)

Edge Bars: 5
Edge Speed: 52.3 KPS

3G Bars: 5
3G Speed: 16.9 KPS

Obviously my 3G speed was pathetic.

Using: Xtreme Speedtest (it's free, so not sure how accurate)
Nashville, TN

3g:
4 bars
266 kb/s

Edge:
5 bars
113 kb/s


Edit: I ran it again and got 313 on 3g and 92 on Edge. Is it supposed to fluctuate like this all the time?

Yes. Fluctuation on the speedtest sites is normal. This is why they are really not an accurate pitcure of what you are really getting. Network traffic as well as your own ISP affects what these sites say your speed is.
