I was very glad to see this, the only office app I can trust not to strip out my footnotes and to keep the formatting of my Word docs.

Inotice scrolling isn't as smooth as it could be, but it's early days.

Is that a fact about not stripping the formatting etc ?. What versions of word etc does it work with ?

It works with my formatting, at least. No complaints here.

Not much fail. It gains the ability to open ANY attachments.

I will be giving this a try when I get home this evening. And to think I checked the App Store for updates yesterday evening and missed this. O well, it must have been released late yesterday evening (eastern time).

I sure would like to see SOMEONE release a Word editor with track changes. That feature is a really big deal for me, especially for road warrior work.

syncing ms word docs

I'm using Docs to Go on an ipad and in general am quite satisfied. However when trying to sync folders with MS Word docs not all docs sync. I've tried to reduce the number of docs per folder, but have the same problem. It is not a problem of MS versions because newer ones also don't sync. The total of all docs is only 12MB. This is Mac by the way and not the premium version of docs to go. Datavis doesn't provide any clue. Can anyone make a suggestion?

I bought Docs to Go a couple of days ago, and I'm generally happy with the app. However there's one thing that puzzles me. I can't see a way to insert a page break in a document - the text seems to flow across to a new page without any way of seeing where a new page begins. If I open the doc in Pages then the page break becomes apparent. Does the app assume I'm working on an A4 size page? There doesn't seem to any way to set a page size within the app.
