They don't pick the ads that are displayed. If you don't like an ad, do just what you did and they will see about getting specific ones removed.

Remember that a lot of ads track users around the web and are targeted to you... so... what have you been clicking on lately?

Ha.....I am beyond paranoid when it comes to internet security.
Never even visit a website I have never heard of.......
Plus these ads are BS, have never visited dell‘s site, or searched for womens clothes.
Seriously may have to become a ‘contributor’ to get rid of the crap.
