a different thread inspired me to write this but there is a crap mac shop in kilburn high street (london) which is dodgier than a £3 note as annother poster put it.
the "mac specialist" dose not know anything
they overcharge for everything, i was quoted £30 for a clock battery he said i needed a special one for a g3
the person that dose repairs uses broken parts and replaces perfectly good ones (my freind had his perfectly good g3's zif replaced by a kernal panicking piece of crap zif card but the techinican neglected to see that he had a bad logic board)
they are dodgy dealers dont toutch them with a barge pole (unless it has a big spike on the end) go somewhere reputable like squaregroup in oxford street or www.ghc.co.uk they are far better resellers.
