So, sister got a brand new MacBook a week ago and we noticed that the screen was a bit dodgy on the bottom right. There is a small area of the screen that is brighter than the rest of the screen, as if the light is brighter there.
It's quite noticeable, especially when the screen is displaying darker colours.
So with it being just a week old would Apple do a straight swap if I were to take it in?
 
That's the so-called "backlight bleeding", I don't know if Apple exchanges your Mac on those grounds though.

Or is it also really, really visible if the are is white or light coloured?
