I have a 16 Pro and the usb cable doesn’t “click” into place like it should. It works ok, but a slight nudge will disconnect it so it’s irritating when charging or using CarPlay. There don’t seem to be any lint in there like I’ve had with the Lightning ports, and it’s never been damaged. So I’m not really sure what could have caused it and what the simplest option is if I keep the phone (it’s not under AC).
