Does 1.1.4 fix the sync problems with windows media computers?

I have a windows media center computer and the new firmwares (1.1.2 and 3) wont let me fully sync without itunes giving me an error. Does 1.1.4 fix that? I have a jailbroken iphone so I dont want to upgrade unless I know for sure that it does.

try re installing itunes
