Does 10.11.1 fix blizzard game issues?

Can anyone running the beta 10.11.1 comment on whether you still have a decrease in graphics performance when playing blizzard games (or any other games, for that matter?)

Personally, I feel it's blizzard's lack of support for metal, however I'm told that there were also some backend changes to the way that El Captain handles windowed video rendering and possibly some bugs there.
