Does the 2.6 GHz Processor that is used as a Build To Order option in the new Macbook Pro have 6 MB L2 Cache?

Or is it just the 2.5 GHz Processor that has 6MB of L2 Cache?

Will this improve the speed of the computer significantly? What other improvement's will I see performance wise from the 17 inch Macbook Pro?

Please let me know I need to know before ordering...

Thanks,

The 2.6 has 6MB of cache. You will see nominal improvements over the 2.5ghz version. There are no technical advantages to the 17" other than a higher resolution. The 2.6 upgrade is a waste of money.
