Does 3.0 Fix the problem with Youtube App not playing videos?

Remember a few months ago when the Youtube App that comes installed on the phone stopped playing about 40% of all videos. Then about half of those were fixed, but there's still about 20% of all Youtube videos that the Youtube App still won't play and we have to go into Youtube in Safari instead? Does 3.0 play all Youtube videos now?

That problem was fixed by doing a full install. Which meant losing SMS history etc.

3.0 certainly works fine with YouTube.

So, are you saying that I have to completely erase/delete everything on my phone and restore it?
