Does 4.0 GM expire?

last year, the 3.0 Beta's were good for 2 or 3 weeks between updates, at which point they would expire and you would be forced to update to the current version.

Does anyone know if that is the case w/ 4.0 GM?

I will hold off on updating to the "official" release of 4.0 tomorrow if the GM does NOT expire.

No, GM is the final firmware.
Those are not like betas and they dont expire.
