Does 4.1 improve Bluetooth connectivitty

Does 4.1 stop my earpiece jawbone icon from sporadically disconnecting and reconnecting on it's own?

It hasn't stopped mine from random disconnecting.

It hasn't helped mine from randomly disconnecting either. Also, the problem persists with iOS 4.2 beta 1.
