does 5400rpm via fw800 == 5400rpm via sata?

so basically, does fw800 bottleneck the speed of the harddrive at all, or will these two interfaces be similar with a 5400rpm disk?
 
Seeing that FW800 has maximum real world speed of ~80MB/s, it won't. 5400rpm usually stay under 80MB/s so you should be fine
