Does 6.1 fix the safari remembering history bug?

on the 6.0
clear your history
go to safari
hold the back button in safair to show the popup menu of your history.

it will show your history.

i've tried this by clearing it through bookmarks and clearing through the general>settings menu and both have this bug


Does 6.1 fix this?

Even though this is probably a feature I look at this as a bug. Even if you clear your history, you can still see the pages you have been to

iOS 6.1.3 is the same way. If you also clear cookies and data it clears everything though.

It even does that with private browsing enabled. Once you close that tab though it can't pop up.
