They're the same battery. The memory chips are all the same physical size.

You might want to update the title of this thread since you wanted to compare a 16GB to a 64GB and not a 64GB to a 64Gb.

Also, a 32GB iPhone would be the same battery answer, that's why many have asked why sell a 16GB iPhone SE when it only costs Apple about 2-10 dollars vs a $100.00 difference in price for a 16GB vs 64GB.
