Hello all,

Recently I placed my order for the LifeProof Fre Power which uses a Micro USB port for charging and date transfer.

I have been looking and looking but cannot find an adapter that'll allow me to use my existing Apple lightning cables with Micro USB ports (ie. Lightning to Micro USB adapter).

Anyone know if this exists/where it could be found?

I don't think what you want exists.

You can get the micro-usb to lighting adapter. It goes the other way than what you want but it will work for what you need.

There are even some aftermarket cables that have the adapter connected to the cord so you don't lose it.

Yeah for what I need that won't work. I want to convert my lighting cables to work with the micro USB port on the LifeProof Fre Power case when I get it so the lightning end won't do it for me.

Why don't you get some USB - micro USB cables?
They are not expensive and come in all colors and varieties.
There are those flat noodle cables, round textured cables for just 1 or 2 USD.
(ebay china). That would be much cheaper than the adapter.

Kudos to Kisey for finding the impossible :).

I could do that but my brand of choice is tech armor and they really don't have the nice options I'd like for a cable.

I'm still gonna look around but figured I have all these lightning cables lying around now; might as well some way to use them.
