Yes, yes, I know. iPhones have a level of water resistance/proofing, but waterproof cases are kind of a necessity for my family. You know not the horrors that have befallen past devices... 😨

Back with our iPhone 7 Plus phones I found the Ghostek Atomic Rugged which featured an aluminum alloy frame. This was excellent as the frame didn't crack over time causing water intrusion and only replaced the case a time or two (stuff happens). When one of the family's phones got upgraded to an XR I got the Ghostek Nautical for them thinking, "Same company, same quality even if it isn't a metal frame." Sadly, I was mistaken. The Nautical's frame cracked and water got in just like ever other plastic based case I've tried years past.

My question is does a metal framed waterproof case exist for either the XR (replacing cracked case) or the 13 Pro/Max (thinking of upgrading)?

I see a ton of the almost completely plastic cases, but nothing waterproof with the metal frame...

Been searching for three days on and off... Any insight?
