I have an iPhone 2g and I am eligible for an upgrade from at&t. I was planning on getting a 3gs but I'm hearing cool things about the 4g, so I thought maybe I should wait. But I don't know if my 2g will make it. It's seen better days. So if I get a refurbished 3g or 3gs will that use up my upgrade from att or will i still have it? thanks

If you buy with the upgrade price, it'll use it. If you pay full retail, it shouldn't, but I'd check with att on that...

yes it will. i got a refurb for $50, but I started a new line on my account, then I cancelled my contract after 1 month and payed the $175 etf. so my 3gs cost me 225 total. not bad I just popped my old sim in my new phone and im good to go and still eligible for upgrade pricing when the new iphone comes out:cool:
