does a remote viewing iphone app exist

Do they make an app that would allow me to log on and view my grandfathers iphone 4 from my iphone or mac, so i can help him with his phone even though we live in different cities?

I'm quite certain that it isn't allowed to remotely access an iPhone in the way you want. From an iPhone you can remotely access a computer, but not the other way around. I would think that this is something that Apple has decided as a security decision.

You know you could call him up, and then both of you could hit speakerphone and then the homebutton. That way the call is still ongoing and you could guide him, while you're doing the same thing on your phone, with whatever he wants help with..?
