Does a temporary unlock leave any traces?

Well, the subject says it all: I would like to temporarily unlock/jailbreak my iPhone 3GS (for instance by the iClariied tutorial).

The question is: when I restore the iPhone via iTunes later, so that it becomes locked again -- would that leave any traces of my unlocking?

I am asking because of the warranty.
