Does a top case replacement include the video ribbon cable?

Hi all,

My 2017 MBP 15" is going in for yet another keyboard replacement and I was wondering if anyone knows if Apple also replaces the ribbon cable behind "flexgate" along with the top case, perhaps as a preventative?

They do replace that ribbon.
