Does AirPort Extreme work with a USB Scanner?

Hello!

Does the AirPort Extreme work with a USB Scanner or just with a printer and
harddrive? Does anybody have ever tried this?

I guess it doesnt work ... but you never know.
Are there any products that can help to share a USB scanner through different
computers and without a cable?
