A search on amazon shows that no, they do not official sell the watch. When you search, make sure you are searching for Apple Watch Series 3, as the product is not called iWatch and you be even less likely to find what you're looking for.

Amazon will likely be one of the last vendors to achieve the Apple Watch Series 3. And if they do, it will likely be the aluminum model.
