Does an Amazon.com ban include all Amazon sites?

I buy on most Amazon sites. Would a ban originating from the USA site include banning on Amazon UK, Spain, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, Japan, etc?

With so many buyers being banned someone must know. Thank you :D
