I have a macbook pro, and I recently switched from Windows to Mac. Loving it! I've always wanted a Mac Pro, but I see them on ebay for a really good price, but the graphics card is horrible. On my Desktop PC I have a Saphire Radeon HD5770 1GB of DDR3 ram. Which is the exact same as the base graphics card for the Mac Pro, now the one's on ebay are about 512mb and are very old Mac Graphics Cards, is it possible to just take mine out of my PC and put it in the Mac Pro? Or do I have to buy specific Graphics Card from the Apple website. I've always wondered that... Thanks!

There are a bajillion posts abou this, in short, some PC cards will work, usually if you use a PC card you won't get a normal Apple boot up screen. Some PC cards you have to flash to work on a Mac. My advice is to buy a proper Apple video card such as a 5770, for optimal performance.
