does any one no the actual date for the sdk for the iphone to be released i no its going to be b 4 july 11th but does any one no the actually date becz steve jobs said early july but lk when?

Assuming you mean the 2.0 software update, Engadget states the software will be released July 27th

okay 1. its not going ot come out the 27th if the iphone comes out with the sdk on it on 11th and 2. he said early july the 27th is not early july... lol
SDK = Software development kit. This is used to make applications to be sold through the App Store (which will be released early July). The SDK is already available for download, and has been available for several months.
Software v2.0 will also be released early July or the same day as the iPhone is launched (July 11th).
You are mixing up the SDK with the 2.0 software, I think.
i guess i thought it was the same thing so yea when is the firmware 2.0 going to come out he said june now july what next december?
I would assume it would come out no later than the release of iPhone 3G, but you never know.
I think he said the App Store would come "late June" (and moved it back to "early July"), I don't know if he ever gave a date for software/firmware 2.0.

I'm hoping its the 27th, cause its the actual apple website that says all over that it will be released on the 27th, but maybe its just a local [australian] market test before going global in "early july"

yea litterly steve jobs said that the firmware would be released in early july... so it and 27th of june would be nice but 27th of july is not early so it cant be that date... if you watch the keynote he says early july
It used to say, "App Store coming June 27th" on the Apple Australia iPod Touch page, but they have now removed it.
Why does everything on here have to be so complicated? Yes it did say that.
On the Apple Australian page it stated that the v2.0 firmware (INCLUDING THE APP STORE) would come out June 27th, and was removed several hours later. This could of been a leak, or a simple typo.
A few days ago on June 9th at WWDC Steve Jobs, CEO of Apple Incorporated, said that v2.0 would be released in early July as a free upgrade for iPhone users and $9.95 USD for iPod touch users. It is widely speculated that if early July is indeed the v2.0 release, it may be released on July 11th along with the iPhone 3G.
I hope this clears things up here.

i didnt mean that as an insult. its more or less a fact that july 27 makes completely no sense because it is not close to early july. and it would make no sense for apple to introduce the iPhone 3G with software 1.1.4
