I updated my iPod Touch to 2.0 last saturday and ever since then, my ipod seems to be very hot. Luckily it is in a leather case so I don't feel the heat that much but when I have it out of its case, I can't hold it for more then about 20 seconds. I however have not seen any post about this so I was wondering if I am the only one. I am assuming I am not. Should I take it back to the apple store and see what they say or should I just let it do its thing?

Mine is a bit warmer. Keep in mind I have no acse and its Winetr in Australia here so it won't be as noticeable as in Summer and such.

But yes, I think there was an increase in heat.

Yes, I noticed this too, alos found that some apps are just 'bombing out' for no reason and I have to restart app or restart touch...

the apps are using quite a bit of processing power, much more than just when using it for just music and movies. this is probably the biggest reason for the heat increase.
