does anybody else get this error message

I keep getting this error message when trying to download the Catalina installer, I have tried on both of my MacMini's and get the same error message

am I the only one here getting this error message? Surely someone else is having this issue?
Is there anyway to resolve this, thanks!
This is been going on now for 3 days.
