Does anybody have a good converter for .m4v videos

I have a 'pinnacle video capture for mac' which allows me to film tv it sends the recored videos straight to itunes but it saves them as an .m4v file and because of this i can not download/upload it to such websites as photobucket so if you have any good converters that will convert a .m4v file to .avi etc please email: chris__-@hotmail.co.uk thanks,

Open the file with QT and export. It shows you the optional formats.
