My friend did, but he stop...he said because it was pretty much the same thing over and over.
I think one of my other friends does..not sure. Over all I think it takes a back seat for lots of people because many religions have there "big" holiday around the same time.

I didn't really appreciate Kwanzaa until I started reading Nigerian fiction... in some ways it's much less a made-up holiday than Christmas is. 
Am taken aback by your tone and baffled by your motivation for creating this thread.
That you don't know anyone who celebrates Kwanzaa -- or know how to spell it -- speaks more to your naivete (or cultural isolation) than it does the importance or popularity of the celebration.
