Does anyone cares if the display for the MBP 17'' His-Res get LED?

The main reason I'm waiting to buy my MBP is only the hope that the next upgrade will lead to a LED Backlight for the 17'' Hi-Res (1900x1200). Or that the 15'' will get a resolution upgrade to 1900x1200. :)

We seems to forget that a C2D CPU is fast enough for a mobile personal computer.:p
 
I'm not completely sure, but does anyone even make LED back light screens bigger than 15.4?
 
it'd be nice from a battery life perspective, for sure.

main reason i'm waiting is i'm going to go for the topspeed 17" hi=res, and i'm sure that if they come up with a 2.8 model, the 2.6 will drop from its current price by about $250 when it becomes the "mid-level".

or so i hope, anyway.:)
