iPad Does anyone else have this issue while opening some apps?

When I open certain apps the animation will pause before the app fills the entire screen. Hopefully it's clear in the attached screenshot. Just wondering if anyone else has this issue or knows what could be causing it.

Yeah, I have that with a few apps. Usually it's down to memory (I think). Not a big enough issue for me that I've tried to track it down. Apps still open.

Are you sure? I remember seeing it as working on a list for 9.3.3 tweaks.

I had the same issue in reverse. Every time I closed an app it would jump in to what you have pictured before closing. Taking off the Zoom feature corrected it.

Just for anyone else who may have this issue I believe that 3dnolag was causing the issue. It hasn't happened since I uninstalled it
