Only just noticed today that my screen has a slight warmhue to it. Not loads where it looks really yellow when looking at it, but when compared to my old iPhone 8, that’s where it’s most noticeable. It’s also noticeable when I tilt the phone the colour appears to **** a little bit but I think that’s normal for OLEDS as that’s what it says on the apple website.

Could it be possible that on the new 11 Pros the screen hue is slightly yellower? Or is this just a placebo effect somehow? Or is my model defective? I have to go back to apple next week to return a case I bought which I no longer want so when I’m there I’m going to compare mine to the ones in store but i just wanted to ask for a second opinion just for piece of mind.

Also True Tone is turned off as well as night shift.

Dozens of posts about this. They are known to have a warmer tone than previous models.

Yes, there are dozens of posts about this. But that doesn't make it OK. My first iPhone wasn't just "warmer". It was yellow and dark. I compared it to other phones at the apple store: they were all fine! That's why I exchanged it. Now I have a gorgeous phone! Nobody has to accept a yellow screen.

Yes I maybe thought they may because a YouTuber called “Zone of Tech” did an iPhone 11 pro unboxing and in a part of the video he mentioned they have a slightly warmer tone.

If you look at this video:

He mentions how the iPhone 11 Pro has a slightly warmer display.
