Does anyone elses might mouse sqeak?

The mighty mouse is growing on me (took ahwile to get use to) but unfortunatly whenever I click It has a squeaking sound instead of the normal "click" sound that I'm use to on PC mouses...it's friggin annoying!!

Mice does have a tendency to do that, unfortunately. *squeak*

Seriously though, there's several posters on those boards who complain of the same thing. Seems it's a common problem. Perhaps you can go to the Apple Store and complain (or call 'em if you don't have one nearby)? Or just live with it whatever you prefer.

Maybe theres some kind of mod to disable it.

well it's getting better. The more I click with it the lesser it squeaks and the more it clicks.

When my kids were playing WoW last weekend we noticed it squeeked. Pretty intense clicking going on to notice though. I don't hear it during regular use...
