Does anyone ever seem this keyboard layout on MacBook Pro??

I am going to buy a keyboard for my mbp on ebay. But I never seem this layout in any country before (look at the first line, it is different from the normal mbp layout and also the 'Control','Apple' key). Please let me know if you know which country use it. Thanks in advance!

It has the same layout as both my US Apple keyboards ...

Unless I'm missing something ...

Thanks guys for the quick response! One quick question: does U.S macbook pro keyboard has the same first line function keys as those on the picture?? I thought U.S layout should be the same as Canadian English..

I'm curious, does the very last revision of the classic MBP design has the revised express/function keys...?
