I hate that!

What are some other constant annoyances with things it tries to change for you?

Some others for me are

hell - he'll
well - we'll
its - it's

I'll post more as I think of them

I wanted to text that someone was a dirty whore and as I sent it, I noticed it changed to dirty white. At first, I thought it was the first autocorrect that made something mean or dirty into something nice(usually the funny ones are the other way around) and then I figured that it made me sound racist.

Mine was doing that on the 4s for a long time and I think it made it's to the 5 for a bit as well. I guess it finally learned to correct me anymore or else it'd get what's coming to it.

Pisses me off, my first name is Rob, but it keeps changing it to Ron when I sign emails.

Grrr apple you ****s.... :)

Add a shortcut with a phrase of Rob and no actual shortcut and it will stop doing that.

Sh(i)t to Shut. Every single time. I clearly type sh(i)t but it corrects to shut; I think Apple should add "Profanity Allowed" for auto-correct so it doesn't do this.

Also, I wish the keyboard had an option with several words up top (like Windows Phone 8); Autocorrect honestly stinks in iOS.

You can add **** to your keyboard shortcuts and it wont correct it most of the time.

Also there is a jailbreak tweak which provides popup suggestions like in your pic

That's true, I just wish you could long press on words the dictionary doesn't know and tap "Learn" like in Snow Leopard.

Which tweak? I've been debating whether or not to jailbreak and that would be a good reason (along with Zepher).

EDIT: I found it, it's called "AutoCorrection Bar"

most of these work fine for me, though I do get:
Who're
He'll
It's

I am so used to cancelling the auto correct as I use a lot of pin-yin in Notes.

I had problems with this before, but if you just add a shortcut like mentioned before...problem solved.

I also find my autocorrect does this, which is amusing. Guy in the convo is laughing cause he caught it right away (note it corrected to the third option)

The "so" to "do" one drove me nuts but, at least for me, it appears that iOS 6.1 fixed that.

Unfortunately, while that single one is better for me, just about everything else keyboard-related seems worse since 6.1:

All thumbs - Keyboard accuracy worse after 6.1 update?

But nothing annoyed me more than the "so" to "do" auto-correction so I'm glad that isn't happening anymore.
